At Emma & Liam Toronto, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a structured return process to ensure a seamless experience.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Products that are washed, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, beauty products, and cosmetics are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@emma-liam.com with your order number, return reason, and clear product photos.
  2. Upon approval, you will receive return instructions and a return form.
  3. Ship the item to our designated return address using a trackable shipping service.

3. Refunds & Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges & Sizing Issues

  • If you receive the wrong size, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
  • We do not process direct exchanges.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will offer:
✔ A replacement at no extra cost.
✔ A full refund if the issue persists after a second replacement.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  • A track & trace code is required for all returns. Returns without tracking cannot be verified, and refunds will not be processed.

7. Important Information

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for delivery delays.
  • If 15 business days have passed since your approved return, and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
